The Peloton Tri is Back for 2026

🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️ The Peloton Tri is Back for 2026!

Mark your calendars! The official Peloton Tri is returning for its second consecutive year on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Led once again by instructor Matt Wilpers live from Peloton Studios New York (PSNY), this event brings the ultimate multi-sport challenge straight to your home or studio setup.

⏱️ Event Format

The format mirrors last year’s three-part workout series, totaling 90 minutes of work with 5-minute transition windows between each discipline:

  1. 30-min Row (5-minute transition)
  2. 30-min Ride (5-minute transition)
  3. 30-min Run

As Matt Wilpers highlighted in his announcement, the primary goals for the day are simple: “keep moving” and “have some fun.”

🏆 What’s New in 2026?

  • Official “Peloton Triathlon” Team: Following Peloton’s rollout of Community Teams, there is now a dedicated “Peloton Triathlon” team inside the Peloton app.
  • 4-Week Training Plan: A structured 4-week training plan leading up to race day on September 19 will be shared directly through the Peloton Triathlon team feed.
  • In-Studio Participation: Similar to last year, select members are receiving invitations via email to apply for in-person spots at PSNY.
