Move for Your Mind: Peloton’s May Run Club with Jess Sims
Peloton is continuing its tradition of honoring Mental Health Awareness Month this May by bringing the community together for movement and reflection. On Wednesday, May 13, Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) will host its monthly Run Club, this time led by the ever-energetic instructor Jess Sims.
This event is more than just a workout; it is a dedicated space to move with intention and foster connection. Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or just starting your fitness journey, the 5K walk and run along the West Side Highway is designed to be inclusive and supportive.
